With an intended aim to create an architectural masterpiece with a contemporary Architectural language to provide a mixed use development of educational and health facilities that sit harmoniously together within the site providing easy access to and from the main arterial routes.
Vital Konzept with its knowledge and understanding of the aspects and the guidelines designed the 241 beds hospital with total BUA of 60,000 sqm and the university building aimed at accommodating faculties of medicine and nursing with total capacity of 1050 students with total BUA of 30,000sqm.
The design process was enriched with fruitful design workshops and a collaborative spirit among all project stakeholders, in order to achieve the goals outlined by the client NUMC Medical Services, Egypt, aiming to introduce a unique teaching environment for students, in addition to providing health care service to private patients.
