Vital Konzept was assigned to design a Private Sector State of the Art Hospital with a total Capacity of 471beds divided as follows: 363 Beds with variable composition between a royal presidential suite, VIP suites, single and deluxe single rooms and double and deluxe double rooms. 108 Intensive care units beds with variable care level departments as CCU, NICU and Pediatrics ICU.
The Hospital Shall Provide a full range of diagnostic, treatment, clinical and operative departments to serve the target community patients and Fulfill The Owner’s Vision For a luxurious, Private Sector healing environment. The vision towards a unique, luxurious experience at the hospital shall be achieved by providing a different range of centers of excellence serving the target users of the hospital not only patients but also outpatients aiming at keeping and maintaining their health and chronic issues without the need to go elsewhere for periodical follow ups or further check-ups.
