Vital Konzept was appointed to undertake a comprehensive design review for the Hospital Building project, ensuring full compliance with the latest international healthcare design codes and local regulatory requirements. The scope included reviewing and optimizing the approved concept design and functional program for a 67-bed acute care hospital developed on a 13,000 sqm plot with a total built-up area of approximately 23,300 sqm. In parallel, Vital Konzept developed a full façade model, introducing a vibrant, contemporary architectural expression aligned with healing-environment principles. The review covered all clinical, diagnostic, operational, and support functions, with particular emphasis on infection control, circulation segregation, safety standards, operational efficiency, and future expansion flexibility to support advanced specialized medical services.
